About Timon

Timon is a fabulous stamp of a horse!

He is 16.3hh, 6 years old and a real nice horse to ride and have on the yard. Timon loves his hacking and he is doing some light schooling. He really enjoys his work and likes to be doing something. He doesn't need riding every day but does enjoy it so would suit someone that wants a horse to do a bit with.

He had an injury to his near hind fetlock when in training which has left him with a slightly larger joint. He was given the all clear to return to training after his period of rehab was completed but the trainer decided he wasn't good enough to continue with.

We have taken it slowly with him and spent most of our time hacking Timon with a little light schooling. Timon will suit a hacking home, maybe low level dressage & showing in time.

This is a lovely big horse and he loves people so someone is going to have a lot of fun and enjoyment with this boy!

He reired in the summer of 2023 and was turned away until summer this year when we started his retraining.
